The WikiWebDAV project is an attempt to create a more natural interface for working with a Wiki, in particular Wiki attachments. The idea is that you should be able to mount your Wiki as a WebDAV accessible drive and directly open attachments into their native editors (like Word, or Photoshop) and save them just as you normally would and have the Wiki updated.
